Terms of Service
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Voeux Interiors and with the service you receive. These terms and conditions set out the basis on which we sell goods to you and apply to every order you place with us. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us and These Terms
- Voeux Interiors is a trading name of Voeux Interiors Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16743174, with its registered office at Headrow House, 19 Old Leeds Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England, HD1 1SG.
- In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Voeux Interiors, and “you” and “your” mean the person placing the order and buying our goods.
- A contract between us is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, no contract exists.
- If you need to change your order after placing it — including the delivery address — please contact us as soon as possible, as changes may delay your delivery. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change but cannot always guarantee it.
2. Price and Payment
- The price of the goods, including any applicable delivery surcharges, is as shown at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
- Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
- Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
- We try to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we’ll let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Your Right to Cancel
- If you are a consumer in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (or, for a multiple-item order, within 14 days of receiving the last item), without giving a reason.
- To cancel, please contact us at info@voeuxinteriors.com or 020 3355 6786 and make clear that you are cancelling under these Regulations. Cancellation must be made by the person who placed the order.
- Once you’ve cancelled, you should return the goods to us in line with our Delivery and Returns Policy — that is, unused and in their original packaging within the return window.
- Please take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If their value is reduced because of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect that loss in value.
- Your statutory rights are not affected by this section.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is free on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days, and standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days once dispatched.
- We deliver across UK mainland. Surcharges may apply to certain postcodes, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands; any such charge will be confirmed at checkout.
- Smaller items are sent via Evri, and larger items via BSTAR, which may deliver by pallet or by a two-person service.
- You’ll receive a notification from us with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
- Please check that larger items will fit through your doorways and access routes before ordering. It is your responsibility to tell us at the point of purchase about anything that may affect delivery, such as access restrictions.
- Full delivery details are set out in our Delivery and Returns Policy.
5. Faults, Damage and Quality
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any obvious faults or damage — including missing parts or transit damage — must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- For faults that aren’t immediately obvious, please tell us as soon as you discover them.
- You can report a fault by emailing info@voeuxinteriors.com or calling 020 3355 6786. Where possible, please include photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- We may need to examine or test goods claimed to be faulty to establish the cause. Where goods need to be returned or collected for this purpose, we’ll arrange that with you.
- Where goods are confirmed as faulty, you’ll be offered a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Our Products
- All goods are subject to availability. If we’re unable to supply goods you’ve ordered for reasons beyond our control, we’ll offer you a full refund or, where available and acceptable to you, a suitable alternative of equivalent quality and price.
- Our goods are intended for general domestic use. Please follow any care instructions provided to get the best from them. Where goods are used for non-domestic purposes, we exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties relating to fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Our Team
- Our team is here to help, but we can’t give specialist advice on matters such as plumbing, electrical work or fitting. If you need that kind of advice, please consult a qualified professional. We’d recommend not booking any fitting or installation until your goods have been delivered and checked.
8. Data Protection
- We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in line with applicable data protection law. For details of how we collect and use your information, please see our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
- By using our website you consent to the processing described in those policies and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
9. General
- We won’t be responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as supplier or courier delays, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control. Where this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
- These terms are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
- You may not transfer your rights under your contract with us to anyone else without our written consent.
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
- If we don’t enforce a term on one occasion, that doesn’t prevent us from enforcing it later.
- You agree not to misuse our website, including by introducing malicious software, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
- These terms and any contract between us are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
