Returning an item to Voeux Interiors is simple — there’s no form to fill in.

How to Return an Item

1. Get in touch — email info@voeuxinteriors.com or call 020 3355 6786 to let us know you’d like to make a return.
2. Quote your order number so our team can find your purchase.
3. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, with any fittings, accessories and instructions included.
4. Send it back, including your order number on or inside the parcel.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return an eligible item. Unless an item is faulty, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility — we recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged or Faulty Item?

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Any faults or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery — just contact us at info@voeuxinteriors.com or 020 3355 6786, ideally with a few photos, and we’ll put it right.
