Delivery and Returns Policy
This page explains how we deliver your order and what to do if you’d like to return something. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Voeux Interiors.
Ready to send something back? Make a return.
Delivery
Delivery times. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days once dispatched.
Delivery costs. Delivery is free on all orders.
Areas we cover. We deliver across UK mainland. Surcharges may apply to certain postcodes, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Couriers. Smaller items are sent via Evri. Larger items are sent via BSTAR and may be delivered by pallet or a two-person service.
Larger items. Please check that larger items will fit through doorways and access routes before ordering.
Tracking. You’ll receive a notification from us with your tracking link when your order is dispatched.
Returns
Our 14-Day Return Window
You can return any eligible item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and returned in its new, original packaging.
To be accepted for a refund, returned items must be:
- In an as new, unused condition
- Returned in the original packaging, complete with any fittings, accessories, hardware and instructions
- Suitably protected to prevent damage in transit
Items that arrive back to us damaged, used, or without their original protective packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Make a Return
We don’t operate a returns form, so getting started is simple:
- Email us at info@voeuxinteriors.com or call 020 3355 6786 to let us know you’d like to return an item.
- Please quote your order number so our team can identify your purchase.
- Securely repackage the item in its original packaging.
- Include your order number on or inside the parcel.
Unless the item is faulty or was damaged on arrival, the cost of returning unwanted goods is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re unable to refund items that don’t reach us or that are damaged during the return journey.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Any faults or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your item, so please contact us straight away:

Where possible, please include photographs of the damage or fault so we can resolve the issue quickly for you. If an item is confirmed as faulty, we’ll cover the cost of the return and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
